We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin and will work remotely from Malaysia. This role involves leading market operations activities, driving marketing efforts in collaboration with the product team, and developing strong industry connections to enhance market insights and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Operations
• Oversee and lead daily market operations, ensuring all processes are running smoothly.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to the product team.
2. Marketing Strategy and Execution
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with the product team to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
3. Industry Engagement
• Build and maintain strong connections within the industry to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
4. Customer Engagement
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage customer feedback and work with the team to continuously improve service quality.
5. Bilingual Communication
• Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate marketing materials and documents as needed to support bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in market operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong industry connections and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in blockchain or web3 marketing strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel Internationally as needed.
